Nzisa

Nzisa is an 8 year old girl, whose mother brought her to our attention because her eyesight was failing her, and her family is too poor to take her to a hospital. She is unable to concentrate in class because she cannot see the black board and the tiny words in her textbook. She needs money to consult with an eye doctor to correct her poor vision.

Tabita

Tabitha

Tabitha is unable to go to school because her parents cannot afford the tuition, and also because she is required to work to help her family raise their income. With just a little help from donors, she will be able to pay her tuition without burdening her family. Moreover, with the education she receives, she will be able to uplift her family from their poverty stricken state.

Kaman

Kaman

Kaman is an orphan whose mother died when he was 2 years old. He has been brought up by his grandmother who is sickly and not able to afford his upkeep. He is a senior in high school and his greatest dream is join university and become a veterinarian. You can help him by sponsoring his education in veterinary school.

Mercy

Mercy

Mercy's plight is slightly different. She lives with both her parents and six other siblings. The problem is her mother is a housewife and her father cannot support the whole family on the meager money he makes doing odd jobs. She needs food for herself and her family, as well as funds for education.

Mutuku

Mutuku

Mutuku was abandoned by his mother when she got married to another man who would not accept him because of his disability. He spends his days sitting in the homestead watching the children play because getting around is hard for him. He is in desperate need of a wheelchair which will give him access to activities of daily living, and perhaps help him get a job in the local village as a shopkeeper.

Ndungwa

Ndungwa

Ndungwa has just completed her high school with the help of our program. She wants to join college and become a nurse so that she may be able to help others. She needs money to cater for her tuition, room, and board at a nursing college in Kenya.

Mbatha

Mbatha

Mbatha is 11 years old, and she misses many school days because she has to work in the maize fields to help bring in a source of income for the family.

Mueni

Mueni

Mueni is one of eight children, and both her parents do not work. She is in desperate need of funds so that she can stay in school. She is in the sixth grade and is looking forward to joining high school in a few years.

Shanice

Shanice

Shanice was born to a single mom, who struggled to meet her basic needs. She was adopted into the program and has been lucky enough to find a sponsor who sends a monthly stipend for her. Due to this kind stranger's donation, she is able to stay in school and her basic needs are met every month.

We believe that children are our future, and in order to secure the future, we must first invest in the lives of our children.
