Cobblestone is a single family subdivision located in the East Arlington area of Jacksonville, Florida. The major intersection by our neighborhood is Monument & McCormick Road. Cobblestone is made up of approximately 499 single family residential lots. Home buyers are automatically members of the Cobblestone Association, and membership is mandatory. Members have one vote towards the operation of the community, and an annual meeting is held each year.
